We hired thru Cool Acapulco a five hour car and tour guide for my special interests. I thought it a good value when you figure costs for two shore excursions . This way I could adapt to my interests and stamina. Exceptionally happy with all the extra info in easy to understand English and abilities to fulfill my itinerary. Plan to do this in the future as an extra choice.

This was a great tour! We really loved releasing the turtles into the ocean….such an amazing experience. Our boat ride at the Afromex village was awesome, saw lots of different birds and even saw how the crabs live in the holes of the tipped over mangrove trees. The lat stop was the alligator rescue farm, with turtles there as well. Learned some new information about the alligators! You must go, it’s totally worth it!

In the middle of winter a wonderful climate. the whole country frozen and we'd leave the pool without using a towel I only recommend not to stay in old Acapulco is very bad. I stayed near Papagayo Park good and cheap food in street restaurants

I recommend taking one or more of the various tours offered by this company. As they do a wonderful job in introducing you to their amazing city of Acapulco, Mexico that is very rich with history, culture and some of the most friendly people you will ever meet. This trip was everything I hoped it would be. Our transportation, guided tour, lunch was one of the highlights of our trip. Tour guides very knowledgable about the site, the civilization, their religious practices/beliefs. They took good care of us. I booked the trip knowing the physical efforts that would be involved. They were very patient with me and even helped me with the trail walk and stairs where necessary. The traditional Mexican lunch was excellent. It was time well spent! Oh and the guide spoke wonderful English which I cannot say for the remainder of our stay. A huge thank you for the wonder time!!!

What a wonderful tour of Acapulco . Taken to places that you would not normally visit. Our experienced guides showed us the top attractions along with the local attractions while explaining the history of each area. The cliff divers were the main reason we booked the tour and was not disappointed. I would recommend this tour to anyone who has not been to Acapulco. Money well spent. .

Amazing culture, beautiful setting
Visiting the ruins was a fantastic experience in my trip to Acapulco. My guide Jose was very knowledgeable of the region and explained some on the way to the site. At the site, we met up with the former owner Señor Poli, and he explained everything in great detail. I learned so much. The ruins were great to see, but also the surrounding mountains and forest.
